At Shop Now, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, our team is here to help simplify the return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging with all protective padding and hardware to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
