This configuration allows for a clean and discreet power cord connection, making it easier to install the unit in a wine cellar while minimizing the visibility of the power cord. The power cord exiting out the Bottom is a common design feature to help maintain a neat and unobtrusive appearance in the wine cellar while ensuring the cooling system's power source is properly connected.
