48" Master Series range - Gas Oven - 6 brass burners + griddle 

Bertazzoni's new ranges, designed and made in Italy, seamlessly integrate into high-performing kitchens. The maintop features 6 brass burners, including 2 dual ring 19,000 BTU power-burners and 4 variable MonoBloc burners, plus an electric griddle. The 4.7 cubic feet oven, the largest in its class, has a dual convection fan, digital gauge, and food temperature probe. It also includes an extra-wide infrared gas broiler and a 2.4 cubic feet auxiliary oven, both with smooth glides and soft-close doors. Optional Collezione Metalli décor sets personalize the design.

Note: This model is also available with LP gas connection.

  • Continuous contour grates and single piece worktop - Modelled on commercial grade cast iron contour grates, the maintop offers a larger and more stable cooking surface. Designed to fit precisely and equipped with nonscratch larger silicon buffers, it helps keep cookware more stable. The one piece molded worktop has no sharp angles or dirt traps, making cleaning quick and easy. The elegantly designed low-profile back guard makes flush counter depth installation easily achievable as well as making it extremely effective in an island configuration.

It constantly monitors the temperature at the heart of the dish and adjusts the oven temperature automatically for even cooking and perfect results every time.
